DELIVERY

Delivery shall be made to the location nominated on the customer order form and the customer shall be liable for all freight costs if address indicated is incorrect or if there is any change in the address.

REFUND POLICY


Policy lasts for 10 days after you have received the goods. You could only return the goods after receiving Ergosphere agreement. To be eligible for a refund, item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that was received. It must also be in the original sealed packaging. All shipping costs, both to your location and the return trips shall be at your expense. Ergosphere may choose to reduce the refunds by the costs of shipping. Once Ergosphere received and inspected the returned goods, we will notify you of receipt by email and thereafter, another notification of the approval or rejection of return/refund request. Should Ergosphere agree to the return/refund, credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 working days.
